Hi guys. Introduce yourselves please and tell us what’s been happening over the past five months.

We are Love Ghost, and we’ve been releasing music and making music nonstop over these past five months. Even though we can’t get together, we’ve all been in our own spaces writing and making demos of songs to send to each other.

Why ‘Love Ghost’?

Because when the band first started, I was obsessed with love and the afterlife.

What inspires you the most right now?

Revenge can be a great motivator, but mostly I’m inspired by the possibility that I can make someone’s life a little bit better.

I’m totally mesmerized by your single ‘I’ll be “fine”’. What’s the inspiration behind the song?

That song is about depression and loneliness. It represents the feeling of no one else being there to pick yourself up, but you. I know what it feels like to face something alone, and I hope it gives a voice to that feeling.

Are you planning to make it part of a larger release, such as an EP or Album?

Probably, we have five finished songs and about 20 demos waiting, so you will probably be seeing an album or EP from us very soon.

Who are you listening to at the moment?

Billie Eilish, City Morgue, Machine Gun Kelly, Trippie Redd, Lil Bo Weep, Alice In Chains, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Lil Peep to name a few.

What advice would you give to other artists trying to stay productive during this crisis?

“Remember why you started writing music in the first place.”

What other plans have you got in store for when life returns to normal?

We’re gonna be going on Tour and we have lots of more music to release.
