The Occasional Moonlight is a project that has been gestating for quite a while. J. Ryan Rawlings began writing the songs that would become the first TOM record five years ago while fronting the D.C. based band Fallen Martyr. Whenever he got an idea that didn’t quite fit the FM mold, he would use it for himself, playing coffee shops and making home recordings.

Los Angeles based, The Occasional Moonlight, are reportedly planning to drop their first album “Nobody Knows This Is Everywhere” on September 1, 2017.
