Immanu El started as a musical experiment in Jönköping, Sweden 2004 by then 16-year-old Claes Strängberg, soon joined by his twin brother Per and friends David Lillberg and Jonatan Josefsson. The band has gained a reputation as one of the most promising bands from Scandinavia in their genre, having performed over 300 shows in 30 countries since the debut album was released 2007.
Immanu El single ‘Ropsten’ immediately grabbed our attention and their creative spark is something that keeps us always coming back for more.
The lyrical depth behind Immanu El’s music is not only poetic but its rich in emotion. The artists talents go far beyond just their creative writing though, the singing voice, their presence, and of course the vision are all pieces of a puzzle that are slowly, but surely, coming together in the most exciting way.
