Born in London but having grown up in a very remote part of the south of Scotland, Alexina has her very own unique take on pop music. Taking her name from the Scots warrior derivative of the name Alexandra, her first EP ‘Partying On My Own’ was a characteristically defiant body of work chronicling the all too familiar feeling of drinking through the pain of a break-up.
Alexina released a a couple weeks back and we’ve had it on repeat ever since. Titled ‘Where Are All The Boys?’, it’s without a doubt some of her most honest work to date. And honestly, we just can’t get enough of it. It’s fun, it’s unique, and now we’re anxious to hear more. We’re excited to watch Alexina continue to grow as an artist and even more excited to see what the future holds for the talented young artist.
